Our Process

In order to deliver valuable and actionable insights, we work with our clients to co-create a custom process consisting of the following stages:

1. Assessment & Diagnosis

We work with you to identify the issues, the goals and the purpose of the project. Then we gather information through document reviews, interviews, surveys, focus groups and observations to assess the situation and gather insights.

We analyze and interpret the data gathered from your organization to identify patterns, themes and insights. Using our expertise we make a diagnosis and deliver the findings to you and other stakeholders in a working facilitation session.


2. Strategy Development

Based on the information and insights we gather from your organization we move onto a collaborative strategy development stage. We involve stakeholders from your organization as we build strategies for the change process.

During this stage we facilitate working sessions, seminars and workshops. The intention is to develop a strategic vision, plan and initiatives to guide the organization toward higher performance, increased organizational health and value for all stakeholders.


3. Strategy Implementation

We support you as you communicate and implement the strategies within your organization. We offer trainings, workshops, coaching and professional development services throughout this process.


4. Sustaining Change

Periodically, we assess the progress and make adjustments based on changing dynamics to make sure that the strategies remain relevant to the organization’s needs.

We continue to offer trainings, workshops, coaching and professional development services at this stage and report back on the outcomes.
