Analyst / Intern

You will assist our team in all aspects of the business, including internal resource management and contributing to the delivery of client-facing projects. We'll depend on you to keep projects on track by attending to the details, and we'll also rely on your critical thinking skills to help us think big, be creative, and consider many perspectives. You'll gain exposure to client management and consultative skill sets, apply your knowledge in an entrepreneurial setting, and benefit from the mentorship of our team of experienced leaders.
This role will be based out of our Union Square, Manhattan office space. This is a part-time, project-dependent role with potential to be short- or long-term. We will gladly sponsor interns for school credit. We regret that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for international candidates.
Education: You are currently pursuing or you recently completed a degree program with a record of academic excellence. Business, analytical, or research-related degrees preferred.
Complex Problem-Solving Skills: You demonstrate exceptional critical thinking, including the ability to break down complex problems, identify patterns, and defend your findings. You thrive in an environment where you're tasked with solving problems independently with supportive guidance.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication will be essential to success in this role. You are well versed and comfortable writing professional emails, creating and/or editing client-ready slide content, and adapting your personal communication style to various business environments.
Technical Skills: You are proficient in Mac OS, MS Office, and G-Suite. You have mastered slide creation and know your way around a spreadsheet. Bonus points if you are familiar with mass communications platforms (Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Canva, Eventbrite, Squarespace).
Organizational Skills: You are fanatical about organization and details, and you love creating order amid ordinary chaos. You know how to create systems that make others more efficient.
Personality Traits: You are tenacious, self-motivated, optimistic, and you have a great sense of humor. You crave both positive and coaching feedback, and you derive energy from being part of a team. There's no task you're not up for, and you thrive in a deadline-driven environment. Since our team works with highly sensitive, confidential information, it will also be essential that you have a strong ethical framework, and consistently act with discretion, integrity, and sound professional judgment.
