Due to an unexpected change in leadership, our client identified challenges with regards to performance, efficiency and communication, and asked us to do an assessment of the current organizational dynamics and identify strategies for improvement. We gathered insights about the current status, the challenges and the desired state by reviewing documents and interviewing all stakeholders. We identified communication patterns, analyzed decision making and professional development processes, and assessed current structures of roles, responsibilities, and reporting. We facilitated sessions and worked with our client to develop strategies for a more effective organizational structure, consistent and efficient processes and clear paths for professional development within the organization.
